Pre-Heater CT 36

Smooth and efficient energy transfer is the key factor of our Pre-Heater.

The CT 36 is equipped with:

1. Two heating rollers, which provide the required heat energy.
2. A pneumatic pinion and dancer rollers, who create an optimum angle of contact.
3. A well insulated stainless steel housing to avoid energy losses
4. A speed-controlled drive plus photo cells for perfect speed
5. Cantilever bearings for the heat rollers for easy insertion of film
6. An SPS interface to communicate with the Thermoforming Machine.
